Carnival Ha Long returns in indoor version

Instead of splendid parades on streets like previous years, the Carnival Ha Long 2019 will be held indoor for the first time at the FLC Ha Long Ecotourism Resort in the northern province of Quang Ninh on April 28.

Quang Ninh (VNA) – Instead of splendid parades on streets likeprevious years, the Carnival Ha Long 2019 will be held indoor for the firsttime at the FLC Ha Long Ecotourism Resort in the northern province of QuangNinh on April 28.

This year, the massive stage performance will take place at 15:00-16:00,expecting to lure the participation of some 400 professional and amateurartists, including 34 foreigners from eastern European countries and Columbia.

Meanwhile, stellar art performances staged by renowned artists like My Tam,Tan Nhan, Tuan Anh, Khanh Linh, Minh Quan, My Dung, Grammy-Grammy kids arttroupe, among others, will be held at 20:00. A low-range firework will wrap upthe carnival programme.

Carnival Ha Long is part of the activities in response to the Visit VietnamYear 2019 themed “Sea Colour” and the Ha Long-Quang Ninh tourism week 2019. Itis among a series of events to celebrate the 44th anniversary of theLiberation of South Vietnam and National Unification (April 30).

Besides, it is expected to popularise local tourism potential and outstandingproducts.-VNA
