Hanoi (VNS/VNA) - A concert introducingworks from composers that have not been performed much in Vietnam will takeplace at Goethe Institute in Hanoi on March 22.
The concert, the first of the '20th Century MusicConcert Series', will present a repertoire featuring works by composers fromJapan to Eastern and Western Europe and America, including Benjamin Britten,György Ligeti, Toru Takemitsu, Nikolai Kapustin, Friedrich Gulda, and FredericRzewski.
Artists and lecturers of Inspirito School ofMusic, including oboist Hoang Manh Lam, trumpeter Yuki Urushihara, pianists NgoPhuong Vi, Luu Duc Anh, Duong Hong Thach, and Pho Duc Hoang, will perform inthe concert.
The concert will start at 7pm. The Goethe Instituteis at 56-58-60 Nguyen Thai Hoc street. Recommended donation is 100,000 VND./.

The U23 competition will run from June 16 to 22, followed by the U17 event from June 23 to 28, while athletes competing in the U23 category will undergo weight and skill checks ahead of the matches starting June 18, while similar checks for U17 athletes will take place before June 23.
