Event organiser Le Viet Hoa said it would be the fifth such meeting and the largest such event in Vietnam.
"Allscooters made in the1950s or 1960s will hit the road later this month.Vespa club members from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang willcelebrate the meeting with series of roadshows in Da Nang and Hoi An,"Hoa said.
He said old scooter collectors will share experience in driving and preserving the Italian-designed scooter.
Hoasaid a seminar on traffic safety is also organised during the two-daymeeting, while a museum of old scooter is opened in Hoi An City.
