At a conference to discuss the sector’s agenda in 2010 in Hanoi on Jan.11, the deputy said the Ministry of Justice and judicial agencies atall levels must strive to fulfil their advisory role in the building,promulgation and execution of legal documents.
He also urged the sector to study and make contribution to draftingimportant political documents to be submitted to the XIth NationalParty Congress, particularly to the interpretation of issues arising inthe perfection of the socialist law-governed state.
Last but not least, he asked the sector to improve the quality ofjudicial administration and the implementation of the Revised Law onNationality, the Law on Judicial Records and the Law on StateCompensation
Reviewing its activities last year, he said that the judicial sectormade efforts in building, appraising, checking, reviewing andsystemising legal documents, civil judgement execution and Statemanagement to legal aid activities./.
The resolution on such mechanisms aims to serve as a legal basis for opportunely dealing with difficulties and hindrances caused by legal regulations in important, priority, and urgent areas that require immediate settlement so as to unlock resources, facilitate economic development, and turn legislation into a competitive edge.
