Giang coffee shop’s owner devised a special recipe more than 20 years ago while being curious about what the combination of egg and beer would taste like.
Even though being not the cofee shop’s main drink, egg beer is one of the best sellers.
With the taste similar to dessert but with the added beer, egg beer not only received support from locals but also become the favorite drink of foreign visitors, including those from beer “power” in Europe./.
