Hanoi (VNA) – A fairfeaturing clean and safe food opened on May 22 at the Vietnam Trade Promotion Centref🌟or Agriculture in Cau G෴iay district, Hanoi.
Various food and agriculturalproducts from clean food firms and cooperatives across the country are beingshowcased at some 200 booths at the event, which runs through May 28. The fair, organised by the VietnamBrands and Artisans Association, aims to provide customers with information onsafe food.
It also details modern qualitymanagement systems and food safety regulations issued by Vietnam andinternational organisations to enterprises.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Le Ngoc Dung, Chairman of the Vietnam Brandsand Artisans Association, said food safety is receiving much attention from theParty, State and people.

Food safety is becoming a great concern for the public, according to a report released by the World Bank in Vietnam during a seminar in Hanoi on March 27.
