Hanoi (VNA) – The first Vietnam Global LeadersForum is scheduled to take place on March 30 and 31 in Paris, looking to discussways to prepare Vietnamese brands for the international stage.
Aided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event isco-organised by the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSEGlobal) and the State Committee on Overseas Vietnamese Affairs.
Speakers at the forum will include Kingsley Aikins, founderand CEO of Diaspora Matters, and Tran Manh Bao, Chairman and CEO of the ThaiBinh Seed Corporation.
Meanwhile, the 200 guests of honour will see successfuloverseas Vietnamese nationals like billionaire Hoang Chuc; researcher, doctor,and university professor Dinh Xuan Anh Tuan; and supermodel Jessica Minh Anh.
The event will feature presentations and discussions that revolvearound the topics of branding in Vietnam, agriculture, tourism, technological innovationand growth, and culture.
On the sidelines, there will be meetings for businesses, aswell as between project initiators and leading French enterprises.
Established in 2011, the France-based AVSE Global bringstogether some 200 scientists and experts living all over the world.
In the past few years, it has worked with the State Committeeon Overseas Vietnamese Affairs to hold a series of workshops and forums onsubways, highways, and smart cities; finance and banking; leadership; digitaleconomy; renewable energy; and public policy management, among others. –VNA
