Free healthcare programme held for International Children’s Day
Nearly 10,000 children of kindergarten and primary school age are expected to take part in free healthcare services as part of International Children’s Day on June 1.
HCM City (VNA) - Nearly 10,000 children of kindergartenand primary school age are expected to take part in free healthcare services aspart of International Children’s Day on June 1.
The programme will be organised at Dam Sen Cultural Park inDistrict 11 on May 27 and 28.
Doctors from local hospitals and centres of nutrition,reproductive and preventive health will provide free examinations andmedicine to children.
Children will enjoy games and entertainment shows, and receivegifts.
They will also be entitled to a 50 percent discount on tickets toplay games at the park.
Children with disabilities, those living with HIV, and childrenstaying at shelters have been invited to participate in the programme.-VNA
