Gymnast Phan Thi Ha Thanh wins silver

Vietnamese gymnast Phan Thi Ha Thanh won a silver medal at the eighth Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup in Doha, Qatar, on March 27.

World bronze medallist Thanh earned 14,100 points inthe women's vault event behind Giulia Steingruber of Switzerland, whogot 14.575 points. Slovenia's Teja Belak came third with 13,850 points.

Thanh, from Hai Phong, also entered the final round of thewomen's balance beam event after taking the lead in the qualifying roundwith 14,050 points.

In 2014, she won two golds and one bronze./.

The exhibition showcases more than 100 valuable documents and artifacts, divided into two main parts: “Journalist Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh” and “President Ho Chi Minh – Founder and Mentor of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press.” This is an opportunity to recall the late leader’s journalism journey and affirm his exceptional role in founding and guiding the revolutionary press in Vietnam.
