Hanoi FC, Becamex Binh Duong win AFC Cup group matches

Hanoi (VNA) -
Both Hanoi FC and Becamex BinhDuong of Vietnam have won group stage matches in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC)Cup.

V.League 1 champions Hanoi FC thrashed Cambodianteam NagaWorld 5-1 in Group F at the National Olympics Stadium in Phnom Penh.

Ganiyu Oseni notched a brace while Hoang VuSamson, Van Kien and Pape Omar scored one each for the visiting team.

The former Nigerian youth international Osenihas now found the back of the net eight times in this campaign, just one lessthan top scorer Bienvenido Maranon from Ceres Negros of the Philippines.

In Group G, Becamex Binh Duong defeated PersijaJakarta of Indonesia 3-1.

Nguyan Anh Duc opened the scoring at the 38thminute, while To Van Vu and Wander Luiz netted in the second half.

After the fifth match, both Hanoi FC and BecamexBinh Duong are second in their groups.

In the last match on May 15, Hanoi FC will hostsgroup leader Tampines Rovers from Singapore and Becamex  Binh Duong will travel to the Philippines toplay Ceres Negros, who also top their group.-VNA
