Hanoi (VNA) – Indonesia’s new ambassador to Vietnam, Ibnu Hadi, proposed establishing a direct air route linking Jakarta to Hanoi in the near future.
In his meeting with Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung on April 26, the ambassador said the route could encourage tourism between the two countries.
Chung agreed that the air route would accelerate tourism development in the two countries.
Chung hoped t꧋he ambassador introduce more Indonesian investors to Vietnam as well as help Vietnamese enterprises seek investment opportunities in Indonesia.-VNA
