Krossing Over Arts Festival 2019 returns to HCM City, Hanoi in April

The Krossing Over Arts Festival (KOAF) 2019 will take place in Ho Chi Minh City from April 5-11 and Hanoi from April 13-21.
Hanoi (VNA) – The Krossing Over Arts Festival (KOAF) 2019 will takeplace in Ho Chi Minh City from April 5-11 and Hanoi from April 13-21.

Themed “The Roots”, the festival willfeature on a variety of disciplines from contemporary dance to other art formssuch as short films, artist talks and workshops on contemporary dance.

Through the lens of performing artsand ordinary activities in artistic form, this year's shows will bring theconcept of origin and growth to life.

KOAF was launched in 2017 bychoreographer Sébastien Ly with support from the French Institute in Vietnam.The festival is all about crossings: between contemporary dance and other artforms, between local and international artistic approaches and between thepublic and artists.-VNA
