Le Quoc Phong, First Secretary of the 10th Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) for 2012-2017 was re-elected as First Secretary of the 11th HCYU Central Committee for 2017-2022 on December 12.

Hanoi (VNA) – Le Quoc Phong, FirstSecretary of the 10th Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh CommunistYouth Union (HCYU) for 2012-2017 was re-elected as First Secretary of the 11th HCYU Central Committee for 2017-2022 on December 12.
Nguyen Anh Tuan, Nguyen Ngoc Luong and Bui Quang Huy were also re-elected asSecretaries of the 11th HCYU Central Committee.
The 11th HCYU Central Committee comprised of 151 members asannounced at the ongoing 11thNational Congress of the HCYU in Hanoi on December 12.
Delegates elected the 31-member Standing Committee, the four-member Secretariatand the 19-member Inspection Commission of the 11th HCYU CentralCommittee.
The 11th National Congress of the HCYU,which is taking place in Hanoi from December 10, brought together nearly 1,000delegates representing millions of the union’s members nationwide.-VNA
