Hanoi (VNA) – Ly Hoang Nam ofVietnam is ranked No 5 at the Vietnam F1 Futures tennis tournament, which willbegin on November 6 in southern Binh Duong province.
The No 1 player is Chen Ti of ChineseTaipei, who is also the world’s No 323.
Enzo Couacaud of France is No 2 and WangChuhan of China is No 3.
Nam, whose world ranking was down foursteps to No 546 on October 30, is the only athlete from Vietnam in the mainround.
Six other Vietnamese players are in thereserve list.
The 15,000 USD tournament is beingorganised on the hard court at the Thu Dau Mot city’s Community Sports Centrewith singles and doubles events. The finals are scheduled for November 12.-VNA
Nguyen Trong Nha Uyen has made history for Vietnam’s dancesport by clinching a bronze medal in the solo Latin category at the WDSF World Championship 2025 in Germany.
