They will be up against 13 teams from Vietnam.
The tour will start in the central city of Da Nang on August 24 and end in Hanoi on September 2, National Day.
The cyclists will ride the distance of 1,300 km in 10 stages, going through Thua Thien-Hue, Quang Binh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh and Hai Phong before finishing in the capital.-VNA
