Manchester City captain visits Vietnam

The Belgian said he is surprised by an airport reception by fans, describing it as incredible and emotional.

"Some people will ask me why I came to Vietnam . My reply after the reception is: Why not?," the 26-year-old said.

He said that he is impressed that the passion Vietnamese have for football.

Today, Kompany will visit SOS school in Go Vap District where he will instruct children.

In the afternoon, he will meet fans at the Youth Culture House.
