During a recent reception held for Vietnam’s new ambassador to hiscountry, Nguyen Quang Chien, the Montenegrin President said he admiredthe Vietnamese people for their immense achievements, especially ineconomics, in the national construction and development.

He said he believed the new ambassador would take an enthusiastic partin laying a foundation for friendship and cooperation between the twocountries.

During the reception, Ambassador Chien delivered President Triet’sgreetings to his host and the country’s desire to develop itstraditional ties with Montenegro for the sake of the two peoples./.
