- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam on November 21 held talks with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, following an official welcome ceremony held for the Vietnamese leader at the Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya city.

He also breached regulations that a Party member is not allowed to do and those concerning the responsibility for setting an example, leading to serious consequences, stirring public outrage and affecting the reputation of the Party and State./.
