According to thecommission, the Party Civil Affairs Committee of the People’s Committee of theCentral Highlands province of Dak Nong for the 2016-2021 tenure has violatedthe principles of democratic centralism and working rules, and slackened itsleadership and direction, letting the provincial People’s Committee commit manyviolations and wrongdoings in land and forest management and protection, thus resultingin State budget loss, forest loss and deforestation, and disputes affectingpolitical security, social order and safety, and the socio-economic developmentof the locality.
