Thuong expressed hisbelief that on the back of the past achievements and high determination, QuangNgai will score more achievements in the time to come.
Secretary of theprovincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van said despite COVID-19 pandemic andnatural disasters last year, the province’s gross domestic product still grewby 6.05 percent, industrial production index up 10 percent and exports up 19.3percent. The province also pooled all possible resources to help the poor,workers and employers hit by the pandemic.
In the afternoon,Thuong attended a New Year programme with nearly 100 workers at Vietnam –Singapore Industrial Park Quang Ngai.
On the occasion, heand leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour presented 200 giftsto disadvantaged workers.
