Passenger vehicles allowed to pass through Bac Luan II Bridge in Quang Ninh
Entry procedures into Vietnam have been conducted for the first passenger transport vehicles passing through the customs gate of Bac Luan II Bridge, which is part of the Mong Cai (Quang Ninh, Vietnam) - Dongxing (Guangxi, China) international border gate pair.

Hanoi (VNA) - Entry procedures into Vietnam have been conducted for the first passenger transport vehicles passing through the customs gate of Bac Luan II Bridge, which is 🍃part of the Mong Cai (Quang Ninh, Vietnam) - Dongxing (Guangxi, China) international border gate pair.
The implementation of passenger transport between Quang Ninh’s Ha Long city and Guangxi’s Nanning city aims to boost overall tourism development and diversify its products in the northern Vietnamese coastal province and its renowned destination - the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay.
Prior to the allowance of the activity, the Quang Ninh Department of Transport issued a notification letter listing businesses and non-periodic passenger transport vehicles from China operating on the route between the border areas of Vietnam and China, specifically the route between Nanning and Ha Long cities.
Measures have been taken to assist businesses involved in expediting customs procedures conveniently at the Bac Luan II Bridge customs gate, as well as to ensure strict inspection, supervision, and management of temporarily imported-exported transport vehicles and passengers’ luggage on passenger transport vehicles in accordance with the two countries’ laws and their bilateral road transport agreement./.
