Petrol prices rise for first time this year

Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministry of Finance and the Minist♔ry of Industry and Trade revised up petrol prices on January 11afternoon.

The prices of RON 95, E5 RON 92, and diesel 0.05S went up 581VND, 609 VND and 660 VND per litre, respectively, to 23,876 VND, 23,159 VND,and 18,239 VND. It is the first hike of petrol prices this year and thesecond in a row. The two ministries also decided to use the petrol pricestabilisation fund at a rate of 100 VND per litre for E5 RON 92, and 450 VNDper litre for RON 95, and 100 VND per litre for diesel, to support business operationsand people’s daily activities./.
