PM to pay official visits to Romania, Czech Republic

The visits will be made at the respective invitations ofRomania Prime Minister Viorica Dancila and Prime Minister of the Czech RepublicAndrej Babis, added the document.
Vietnam andRomania officially set up diplomatic relations in February 1950. The twocountries have enjoyed growing friendship and cooperation. Both sides haveworked together towards a trade revenue target of 500 million USD in the nearfuture, instead of just 200 million USD at present.

The Vietnam-Romania Friendship Association celebrated the 100th anniversary of Romania’s National Day (December 1, 1918 – 2018) in Hanoi on November 25.

The ministry has instructed Vietnamese representative agencies in Israel, Iran, as well as those in neighbouring countries, to closely monitor the situation and request local authorities to ensure absolute safety for Vietnamese citizens living, studying, and working in high-risk areas.
