Speaking about the two Vietnamese citizens murdered in the Philippines by theAbu Sayyaf terrorist group, the PM said: “I am very upset and angry to hearthat two Vietnamese citizens were abducted and barbarically and inhumanlymurdered. The terrorists who caused the deaths of Vietnamese citizens must beseverely punished. I extend my condolences to the families and relatives of thevictims.”
