Quang Binh (VNA) - 🌌Most national highways in the central coastal province of Quang Binh were reopened to traffic on October 16 after the recent flood.
However, many local roads are still inaccessible due to inundation and damage, according to Director of the provincial Department of Transport Pham Quang Hai.
Meanwhile, several sections of the North-South railway remain closed.
The railway sector has dispatched hundreds of officials, engineers and worker along with equipment from the south and the north to repair the rails for early resumption of service.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee has decided to support Ha Tinh and Quang Binh with 500 million VND (22,421 USD) each.
