Reference exchange rate down 29 VND on September 26
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,105 VND/USD on September 26, down 29 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,105 VND/USD on September 26, down 29 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,310 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,900 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates also decreased.
At 8:21am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 24,420 VND/USD and the selling rate at 24,760 VND/USD, both down 10 VND from September 25.
Similarly, BIDV cut both rates by 20 VND, posting the buying rate at 24,430 VND/USD and the selling rate at 24,770 VND/USD./.
