With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,355 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,941 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates also went down.
At 8:13am, both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 24,400 VND/USD and the selling rate at 24,740 VND/USD, both down 60 VND from September 19./.
