Reference exchange rate goes up 13 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,193 VND per USD on January 20, up 13 4 VND from the day before.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,193VND per USD on January 20, up 13 4 VND from the day before.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,858 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,528 VND per USD.

In the opening hour, Vietinbank listed the buying rate at 22,530 VND per USD, andthe selling rate at 22,600 VND per USD, up 5 VND.

In Eximbank, the buying rate was 22,510 VND per USD and the selling rate was22,610 VND per USD, unchanged from January 19.

Meanwhile,Vietcombank bought one USD for 22,530 VND, and sold one USD for 22,600 VND, down5 VND from the previous day. 

BIDV listed the buying rate at 22,530 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,600VND per USD.-VNA
