Some countries need to immediately end theirintervention causing political instability and armed riots in other countriesto serve their own intentions and strategic targets regardless of heavy impactson relevant nations and the world community, he emphasised.

In his message to the meeting, Russian PresidentVladimir Putin stated: “The problems of ensuring global and regionalsecurity today are especially acute, largely due to the fact that somemembers of the world community are increasingly trying to ignore theuniversally recognised norms and principles of international law, resortto the use of military force bypassing the UN Security Council, refuse to take part in talks as a key tool for resolvinginterstate disputes."

"This, in turn, generates politicaland social instability, plays into the hands of the forcesof terrorism, extremism, transnational crime, leading to anescalation of local conflicts and crises," he added.
