Sacombank wins “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award for third time

HCM City (VNA) – Vietnamese private lender Sacombank hasbeen named one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” for the thirdstraight year at the recent HR Asia Awards.
The bank also won a special HR Asia Digital Transformation Award this year.
The HR Asia’s “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award is a prestigiousinternational award presented annually by HR Asia, the premier magazine onhuman resources in Asia, which assesses and recognises businesses withoutstanding HR policies, attractive remuneration packages and exemplary workingenvironments in the region.
For this year’s theme "Honouring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion," HRAsia adopted the Total Engagement Assessment Model to survey the satisfactionlevel of Sacombank’s employees based on three factors: Core (strategy andstructure), Self (individual), and Group (collective).
Sacombank’s scores in all three criteria are much higher than the industryaverage.
