Hanoi (VNA)꧋ – The State Bank raised the reference VND/USD exchange rate by 11 VND to 22,067 VND per USD on November 14, continuing the rising streak at the end of last week.

With the current trading band of +/- 3%, the ceiling rate for commercial banks during the day is 22,727 VND and floor rate, 21,407 VND for one USD.
Rates listed by some commercial banks also increased slightly in the opening hour of the day. Vietcombank set its buying rate at 22,295 VND and selling rate at 22,365 VND for one USD, up 10 VND both ways compared to the rates at the end of last week.
The rates listed at Vietinbank also went up 10 VND, to 22,305 VND (buying) and 22,375 (selling) per USD. BIDV maintained its rates at 22,285 VND (buying) and 22,355 VND (selling), unchanged from the end of last week. At Eximbank, one USD is bought for 22,280 VND and sold for 22,360 VND.-VNA
