Moscow (VNA) – TheIncentra Open 2017 table tennis tournament was held in Russia on November 25,aiming to conn꧅ect overseas Vietnamese in the countr🍸y.
The event was participated in bystaff members from the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia and representative offices,along with Vietnamese people living in Russia. Speaking at the event, Lai Ngoc Doan,Vietnamese Envoy to Russia stressed that the tournament offers a chance foroverseas Vietnamese in Russia to meet and deepen their relations. He also voiced his hope that it willstrengthen solidarity of the Vietnamese community in Russia.-VNA

This is the first time since the adoption of the Convention that a country has served two consecutive terms on the Committee.
