Nam, seeded No 1 in both singles anddoubles events, defeated his Japanese rival R.Tokuda in the finalgame of the single event on April 18.
One day earlier, Nam, ina pair with Alberto Lim of the Philippines, defeated Japanese duo SoraFukuda and Renta Tokuda 6-3, 6-2.
This is thesecond consecutive time he claimed a title at a junior tournament. Thefirst was at the Sarawak Chief Minister’s Cup in Malaysia last month.-VNA
The Vietnamese team will gather on June 26 in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, where they will train until July 14 before departing for Indonesia for the ASEAN U23 Championship 2025, which runs from July 15 to 29. Vietnam will face Laos on July 19 and Cambodia on July 22 in the group stage.
