Train tourism promotion programme launched in Da Nang
A cooperation agreement to promote a train tourism programme was signed between the SaiGon Passenger Transport JSC and the Da Nang Tourism Association of the central city of Da Nang on January 7.
DaNang (VNA) - A cooperation agreement to promote a train tourism programmewas signed between the SaiGon Passenger Transport JSC and the Da Nang Tourism Association of the central city of Da Nang on January 7.
Accordingly, the transport company will prepare all conditions on train such thenumber of seats and beds on carriages, and ensure the hygiene in toilets andfood safety on trains so as to provide the maximum comfort for passengers.
It will provide train tickets with preferential fares for each time ofpromotion and other discount services of travel agencies in order to introduce toursby trains with competitive prices compared to those by other means of transport.
Meanwhile, the Da Nang Tourism Association willprovide the company with the list of travel agencies registered to join theprogramme, helping it to introduce timely information related to tourism sites,prices of tours and relevant policies, thus attracting tour buyers.
It will be responsible for supervising the implementation of regulations committedby travel agencies.
Visitors who buy tours from travel agencies registered to the programme will be entitledto enjoy the benefits of the programme which will be applied throughout thisyear.-VNA
