The terrorist attack on civilians and children is barbarian and unacceptable, Binh said on December 17. Vietnam conveys deep condolences and sympathy to the government andpeople of Pakistan, the families of victims and believes that theinstigators will be punished appropriately soon, he said.
Alsoon December 17, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung cabled a message ofcondolences to his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif.
