Moscow(VNA) – The VietnameseEmbassy in Russia encouraged all staff to enjoy the upcoming World Cup 2018 ata ceremony held on June 13, a day before the event begins.
The embassy is decorated with national flagsfrom the 32 participating countries and images of Zabivaka, the official mascotof the tournament.
At the ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador toRussia Ngo Duc Manh wished embassy staff an enjoyable World Cup, asking them topay attention to supporting Vietnamese citizens visiting Russia to watch thematches.
Manh said he expects in the near future,Vietnam will also take part in a World Cup.
At the event, all members of the embassyreceived a World Cup 2018 shirt.
Screenings at the embassy have beenscheduled for matches, running outside working hours.
