Vietnam hopes Qatar, Persian Gulf states resume dialogues
Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang has clarified Vietnam’s reaction to the diplomatic tension between Qatar and some Persian Gulf states, saying that Vietnam hopes all parties will set up dialogue soon to seek measures to ensure interests of all sides for the benefit of people in countries, contributing to peace and stability in the region.

Hanoi (VNA) – Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Le ThiThu Hang has clarified Vietnam’s reaction to the diplomatic tension betweenQatar and some Persian Gulf states, saying that Vietnam hopes all parties willset up dialogue soon to seek measures to ensure interests of all sides for thebenefit of people in countries, contributing to peace and stability in theregion.
Hang made the statement on June 9 in response to reporters’questions on the matter.
She also noted that Vietnam shares sound relations withMiddle East countries and members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in particular.-VNA
Vietnam resolutely opposes China’s Taiwan conducting a number of live-fire exercises in the waters area around Ba Binh island, which belongs to Vietnam’s Truong Sa archipelago.

The Chairman stressed the need for stricter fiscal discipline, faster digital transformation, and more efficient management of State budget revenues and expenditures.
The ministry has instructed Vietnamese representative agencies in Israel, Iran, as well as those in neighbouring countries, to closely monitor the situation and request local authorities to ensure absolute safety for Vietnamese citizens living, studying, and working in high-risk areas.
