Hanoi (VNS/VNA) - Vietnam will send the best youngathletes to compete at the Asian U23 Wrestling Championship on June15-18 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Among the six competitors, Nguyen Thi My Trang, Tran Anh Tuyet,Lai Dieu Thuong, and Dang Thi Linh are SEA Games defending champions.
Trang took her title in the women's 57kg. She is one of Vietnam'swrestlers with the most potential and is expected to get high resultsinternationally.
Tuyet won in the women's 59kg. Thuong dominated the women's68kg and Linh triumphed in the women's 76kg.

Vietnam's wrestling team secured six gold medals on the first day of competition at the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) at Gia Lam Gymnasium in Hanoi on May 17.
Vietnam had claimed 125 gold, 76 silver and 74 bronze medals as of May 18 evening, the sixth official competition day of the ongoing SEA Games 31, retaining the top position in the medal table.
