Vietnam silk, brocade exhibition underway in Geneva

The Vietnam silk and brocade exhibition is underway at the headquarters of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva from September 30 – October 9 within the framework of the 59th session of the WIPO General Assembly.

Geneva (VNA) – The Vietnam silk and brocadeexhibition is underway at the headquarters of the World Intellectual PropertyOrganisation (WIPO) in Geneva from September 30 – October 9 within theframework of the 59th session of the WIPO General Assembly.

The exhibition is co-organised by the Vietnam PermanentMission to the United Nations, the World Trade Organisation and internationalorganisations in Geneva.

It introduces silk products from Bao Loc, the CentralHighlands province of Lam Dong – the capital of silk in Vietnam by well-known designerMinh Hanh.

Earlier, the Vietmode fashion show also introduced silk andbrocade products in the same place on the occasion of the 74th anniversaryof the National Day to the welcome of international friends.
