Vietnamese players to participate in Asian Beach Games
The National Sports Administration has decided to send 146 players to the fourth Asian Beach Games that will be held in Thailand from November 14 to 23.

They will participate in 13 out of 26 disciplines,including beach swimming, beach athletics and beach kurash, as well asbeach pentaque, beach sepak takraw and beach volleyball.
About2,500 players and coaches from 45 nations are expected to participate inthe games, which is a multi-sport event held every two years forsportspersons in Asia.
Vietnam will host the next Asian Beach Games in June 2016, which will feature 19 events.
Thefirst Asian Beach Games took place in Bali, Indonesia, in 2008. Thiswas followed by the games in Muscat in Oman, and Haiyang in China.-VNA
Nguyen Trong Nha Uyen has made history for Vietnam’s dancesport by clinching a bronze medal in the solo Latin category at the WDSF World Championship 2025 in Germany.
