Ba Ria-Vung Tau (VNA) – Authorised offices in the southern province ofBa Ria-Vung Tau on July 24 uncovered 100 bricks of cocaine, hidden ina container of imported scrap.
According to the customs office at Cai Mep port, this is oneamong 17 containers of steel scrap that the Pomina 2 Steel Company imported toproduce steel.
Those containers were transported on Liberia-flagged shipMark Shenzhen.
The customs office is coordinating with the drug crimeinvestigation division of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Police in investigation.-VNA
