-A welcome ceremony at the highest protocol for heads of state was held at the Sükhbaatar Square, Ulaanbaatar, on September 30 afternoon for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam To Lam who is on a state visit to Mongolia.

-Visiting General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the two countries' ministries, sectors and agencies following their talks in Ulaanbaatar on the afternoon of September 30.

The documents include a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on legal cooperation between Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice and Mongolia’s Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs; an MoU on cooperation between the two Ministries of Transport; and an MoU on tourism cooperation between Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Mongolia’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth.Read full story
