An Giang (VNA) – An art performanceprogramme was organised in Long Xuyen city in the Mekong Delta province of AnGiang on November 21 as part of the Cambodia Culture Week 2019 in Vietnam.

The programme gathered over 50 artists from the Cambodian National Art Troupe, who performed 14 items featuring traditionalunique cultural identities of the nation.

The event helped residents in An Giang in particular and Vietnamese people understandmore about the diversity ofCambodian culture.

The Cambodia Culture Week 2019 inVietnam is an important activity to implement the culture and art cooperationplan in 2018-2022 between the two countries, contributing to the enhancement ofthe Vietnam-Cambodia friendship.

In recent years, regular culture exchange activities between the two countries havehelped enhance mutual understanding between the two people.
