Hanoi (VNA) – Philippine authorities reported on November 18 that Typhoon Man-yi killed at least eight people and injured three others after landing in the country over the weekend.
The storm struck Catanduanes Island on the night of November 16 before hitting Luzon Island on the afternoon of November 17, triggering flooding and landslides along its path.
