The National Assembly of Cambodia began its fourth plenary session ofthe 5th legislature on April 7 after a three-month recess.
Some 110 lawmakers, including Prime Minister Hun Sen and opposition leader Sam Rainsy, attended the session.
King Norodom Sihamoni sent a royal message to the opening session,which was read National Assembly President Heng Samrin.
