Visiting Chairwoman of the Cambodian Senate’sCommittee for heath, social affairs, war veterans, youth, labour,vocational training and women Mean Som An made the remarks during ameeting with Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong inHanoi on March 24.

The host suggested both sides enhancedelegation exchanges and experience sharing as well as actively promotethe sound traditional ties between the two countries among the younggenerations.

Earlier, Mean Som An held talks with Chairwoman ofthe NA Committee for Social Affairs Truong Thi Mai in Hanoi, duringwhich both sides agreed to increase their work together in the field.

Theyagreed that cooperation activities between the two committees havehelped deepen the two nations’ long-standing and comprehensiverelations.

The host and guest shared difficulties and advantagesin the realm, specifically gender equality, health insurance, and waysto increase the number of women in parliament.
