Condolences offered to Philippines over terrorist bombings

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on August 25sent a message of condolence to Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte over the twin terroristbombings in Jolo, Sulu province of the Philippines, which killed and injuredmany people.
The same day, DeputyPrime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh also offered his condolences to Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro Lopez Locsin./.
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on August 21 said it has approved a 300 million U.S. dollars policy-based loan to support the Philippine government's efforts to implement reforms to expand poor Filipinos' access to financial services.
