The Deputy PM stressedVietnamese State agencies are promoting public administrative reformswith the aim of saving time and money for investors.

On his side, Philip Falcone thanked Deputy PMNinh for receiving him, saying that Harbinger Capital has pumped morecapital in its Grand Ho Tram Strip project on building five resorts inthe southern province of Ba Ria- Vung Tau.
