The plant costing nearly 900 billion VND (about 41 million USD) funded by the Thien Tan Construction Investment JSC has a capacity of 19.2 MV.
At the ground-breaking ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai said the project is significant in using 100 percent of private capital and is an important step towards the development of renewable energy sources in Vietnam. The plant is expected to join the national electricity network in July 2016.-VNA
