Hanoi Party Committee’s Standing Board has four females
The members elected to the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee were announced at the second day of sitting for the 16th Congress of the municipal Party Organisation on November 2.

The members elected to the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee (16th tenure) were announced at the second day of sitting for the 16th Congress of the municipal Party Organisation on November 2.
Accordingly, the Standing Board of the new Committee for 2015-2020 includes 16 members, including four women.
Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee’s 15th tenure, was re-elected to the Permanent Deputy Secretary position of the new Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure. Meanwhile, Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Chairwoman of the municipal People’s Council; Dao Duc Toan, Chief of the Hanoi Party Committee’s Personnel Commission; and Nguyen Duc Chung, Director of Hanoi Police, will serve as Deputy Secretaries of the new Committee.
Politburo member Pham Quang Nghi, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee (15th tenure), was assigned to steer the new Committee.
Previously, the municipal Party Organisation’s 16th Congress elected 74 cadres to the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure during its first day of sitting on November 1.

The Executive Board of the Hanoi Party Committee convened its 23 rd meeting in Hanoi on October 13 in preparation for the city’s 16 th Party Congress slated for early November.
The Hanoi Party Organisation’s 16th Congress commenced on November 1, with 495 delegates representing more than 390,000 Party members in the city participating.
